Go to most medical supply stores and they will have Kendall. They will be the "wings" though and they are not very good. If you want to try them got a thrift store and look for packages that are clear and the tapes will say "wings" Be prepared as the above poster said, they are not very good and and movement will make the tapes pop off. The only decent wings that I have found are the wings supreme that are three tape, but even those suck compared to the Attends three tape.
