I wish I could say something positive or uplifting, but I'm not very good at making those kind of sentimental posts. All I can say is I wish you the best. I'm pretty sure I have cancer too, but waiting on test results. Lost both of my parents in the last two years due to multiple cancers. Again, I feel for you and wish you the best. P.S. I'm a cat person and I sympathize with you on having to "put down" an animal friend, it's a very tough situation. Link to comment

Without that, the rest doesn't matter. I've been in your shoes on all of those, and a couple at the same time, but not all. You've got to just worry about your health. It's the most important aspect of getting through the cancer stuff. And looking long term you'll be fine, have fond memories of your pet, be out from under a mortgage, and possibly be back with the wife or with someone else who wouldn't want to bail out in your time of need. Best of luck to you with all of it. Take it one day at a time. It'll work out if you let it. Link to comment
Valisia
Sorry to hear that But like everyone said you should look after your health first and take it one day at a time. I'll keep you in my prayers and hope you get better soon. Link to comment
