Guest diaperboykcmo
Lelin. The post says, Drudge is not main stream, then says it's meanstream conservative. I'm tired of hearing the liberal BS! Link to comment
DiaperPony
Christine Daryleanne , You may not consider the Drudgereport main stream! The majority of the people do. I'm sure you think the NY times is fair, and MSNBC is not in the tank for BHO Don't forget these: Washington Post, Huffington Post What other news sources are blatantly economic-liberal or socialist biased? Eir
Just an update. He got 3 years and he will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. The one thing he did that I noticed got him in the most trouble was when one of his 'sitters' had her teenage daughter with her. The daughter was napping on the sofa and the freak tried to nurse on her breast. That pushed it too far and was what drove the sitter to check him out better. I was going to defend this guy until I had read this! The guy had forced intimate contact on a minor! I was going to argue that because services were agreed upon, that required the guy to be in a state of partial nudity for the services to be rendered, and the nurse agreed to perform this, he cannot be guilty of indecend exposure. He cannot be guilty of indecent exposure, because the nurse agreed to see him exposed. As for obtaining services under false pretenses, while ethically wrong, I do not see how it is legally wrong. To play devil's advocate here, what if you had a fetish that involved women stroking your feet, and you hired a female foot massage therapist to come to your house. You paid the massage therapist to come over, you paid her, and EVEN IF YOU told the therapist that you needed it because your sixth toe was out of allignment (a lie). The services are valid because they were agreed upon and paid for. To sum up, I would say that deceiving the nurse is ethically wrong, but not legally wrong, and what he did with the daughter is so messed up he is lucky he is not getting life behind bars!
