I can usually get it to stay in my mouth most of the night because it's made for adults. They only go up to size 3 here in the states so you will have to order it from Germany. I got mine on Ebay. Be prepared to spend about $25 USD I've had mine for 2 years and consider it money well spent. Just check out their reputation and usually there are no worries (*The image is not mine, by the way.*) Link to comment
