Suicide And Other Things

I have landed in the psych ward twice and I was suicidal with three attempts and been on suicide watch haven't had a relapse in almost a year :smiley: and I have finally gotten to where I can handle things on my own and we'll I want to be able to help as many people threw this as I can yes I am an EMT but I want to be able to help more people and well I found listening helps me and if anyone needs someone to listen I will more than willingly listen just drop me a line I haven't quite figured out this board forum thing yet so if need to drop me a line and I'll figure it out no one should go through stuff like this on their own
