Okay I'll take a stab at it and try and "decode"

Is there anyone Male or Female (suspect Incontinent per his listing, perhaps a DL as the forum he posted in) from Norway or more specifically Rogaland. (help·info: this is a county in Norway, bordering Hordaland, Telemark, Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder.)

Also where can I find Plastic Clothes (?) Perhaps just Plastic Pants, or outside chance asking for Disposable Diapers.

If the OP's self-designated 'Incontinent' status is correct, surely they'd have a prescription as described in that thread and would know exactly where to get their diapers?

Otherwise, the thread describes how to get them - behind the counter in most pharmacies, you normally have to ask. I assume there are probably some mail order options too.
