Tranquility Now Has Softer Plastic

I received my new case of Tranquility ATN's. My last case was in May. What I noticed with the new case is the diaper plastic is softer.

I like taping my diaper on tight, to prevent the popping of the tapes I use diaper pins in the tapes. One issue I was having is the tape would start to pull and rip the plastic. The softer plastic doesn't seem to have this issue however the plastic has more a tendency of snagging if you are too rough putting it on.
