Hit up the DC littles munch and the Maryland Pets and Littles Brigade. Both groups hold events in the DC-Baltimore area. Outside of the munches, it’s just private events that you have to attend the munches to meet people to go to.

Camp Crucible is the only event I can think of that takes place in your area, and that’s for 9 days in the summer. Aside from that, there’s probably a generic BDSM/kink munch in your area. You could google around and check FetLife to see what’s around.
