Growing up I wet the bed fairly constantly, but over the years I managed to regain control. I'd still wet a couple times a month, but I no longer needed diapers every night. Now that I'm all grown up and living in my apartment I've managed to make myself a bedwetter again, it only took about a month of practice. I don't know if it was easier for me because of my history, or if it was simply my mindset. I wanted to be a bedwetter again, I wasn't afraid of the outcome, I'd been there before and wanted to go back. Half of the people that claim hypnosis won't work is because on some level, they're scared. Take it from someone who's been there, it's not that bad. Even friends won't be too grossed out, after all, it's a medical condition...
