Does Having Urinary Incontency Cause Some Fecal Incontency With You?

I have urinary incontency. I have been diapered (molicare super plus) for the past serveral years. I have urge incontency and a spastic bladder. I usually go and do the #2 on a scheduled basis. Once first morning and once in the evening. If for some reason if I go between this time or if I am off of my schedule I get the urge to go and it seems to build very fast. There are numerous times that I go in my diaper. I hate doing this due to cleanup and the smell but I can't seem to make it to the toilet no matter how hard I clamp down.

Has anyother person had this issue as well and is there something that can be done to get control?
