Do Not Buy From Drylife

Hi All

I just want to let you know that it is not safe to buy from drylife , they time and time again do not come up with the goods and make excuses , a friend of mine recentley got his money back , as the company kept on delaying the order , so that is one good thing

yeah i agree, i used them once and the goods took ages to arrive ( about 3 wks). phoned up my credit card provider to do an investigation for me. was told that i had to give them 30 days before they could act. luckily a few days later my order arrived. i now use cosyndry now, they have a first class service and the products are top notch.

yeah I agree. i've ordered once from them but never again took 3 weeks, like full nappy I had just started to get the credit card company on to them when they arrived.

They also dont reply to emails or phone calls.

I found that dealing with Drylife in the past, was excellent. However, recently, their service has been patetic at best. To the best of my knowledge, Drylife has changed some of their staff, who seem reluctant to deal with AB/DLs.
