AutieAB Posted June 12, 2009 Share Posted June 12, 2009 Given that Molicares are available pretty much worldwide and most other brands/models are not, you might want to help us out with a country If you're in Europe, a Tena Slip Maxi is a step upwards from a Molicare (or at least they were, I haven't worn one in a year or so). If you're in N.America, try a Secure X-Plus. I personally rate Abriform X-Plus over Molicare, they're also available pretty much worldwide. If you're elsewhere, I'm sure someone will offer more specific ideas... The Molicares are good though Link to comment
