Wetness Liner In Adult Sizes?

I've always wanted to try the Feel'N'Learn brand, just to know what it feels like. See, in roleplay I'm an older kid who should be out of diapers, but is not. (The older the better)

While I do wear toddler-standard sized diapers, (1 Belt + 4 safety pins) I was wondering if any AB Suppliers create Pull-up Diapers with a liner like the Feel'n'learn?
