I get through my pharmacist what is called Nullo. It is an internal deodorant/chlorophyl pill and actually DOES make everything come out <me atleast> not smell at all. It will make everything that comes out green, but that is the only side effect that i have ever experienced. Comes in very handy when you have a stomache virus, and no option to call out sick from work.
