How Much Can Your Diaper Hold?

My nighttime diaper which consist of a Tranquility Large ATN with a Huggies nitetime size 6 stuffer held just over 8 cups!

I wear this combo every night, when I wake up I put on plastic pants to prevent wicking, typically like with this one I'll continue to wear it a few hours after getting up. When I woke up the diaper already was soaked and I continued to wet it, the padding all the way to the back top was wet. The diaper didn't leak and I think that this is a championship qualification. The combo weighed in at 7 oz. and after at 72 oz!

This championship combo is why I gave up with the pricier Molicare.

So how much can your diaper hold?

though i havent tested it with a scale or measuring, i have tested it with wearing, the abena x-plus medium is supposed to hold 3600ml/15cups and i know it holds pretty close to that!

Not sure what the bambinos are supposed to hold, but i find they do come up quite a bit short of the x-plus in absorbancy

a few days ago i put a medium depends in a large depends. wore it for hours, and when i took it off, it was soaked. i didnt weigh it, but as heavy as it was, im guessing 3 lbs or so. didnt leak either
