Nervousness And Incontinence

ok, i got a question that maby someone else has gone through. Everytime that i have to go away from my place (another person drives) i get nervous that i will have to use the restroom. This also happens when i had to give presentations in college, or being in uncumfortable situations. I would spend over an hr trying to get whatever i had in my body out so i knew nothing was going to come out when the time came. going #1 really was never a problem, but it was #2 that i feared the most. im fine if im around the house or close to home or if i had to go somewhere by myself. but the fear of going #2 in an unknown place is weird, but it has happened before where i would get so nervous that i had to go repeadily, just after i thought i went i would have more coming out. any suggestions why this may occur? thanks for reading!
