Since late 1990 I have used MAM pacifiers. Although these are designed for Over 6 Months, I find the MAM orthodontic clear silicone nipples large enough to satisfy me. Subsequetly MAM introduced a more ventilated mouth shield. Instead of a ring MAM has a button, which can attach to a leash. All that is designed to be safer for actual infants.

In the USA MAM products are imported and sold by Sassy. They are in stores everywhere.
