THickest... very heavy multilayer cloth with plastic pants over. Definitely waddle intensive.

...I once did that too in a college town drug store where I got some depends. Just had on my gym shorts and a short t-shirt with my plastic pants slightly over the waist as I walked by two girls. They were laughing as I walked by and one yelled, "Hey baby, your diapers look like they need changed". I became beet red and ignored them and kept on walking albeit in a hurry.
