I was replying to someone else about training your bladder muscle to stay relaxed and I remembered I used to have meditation sessions where I used guided imagery to imagine my sphincter muscle weakening and giving up. Here’s some visuals that I created for myself over the years: 1. I have some sort of medical condition where my bladder control progressively and irreversibly weakens. 2. I had some sort of cutting edge non invasive surgery where a stent was placed in the sphincter muscle preventing it from clenching. 3. Using my massage wand on my bladder and pelvic area and imagining that it was a magical device that makes the bladder not function correctly. 4. I have an unusual medical condition where clenching the bladder releases a neurotoxin that slowly kills the sphincter muscle. The more I clench the worse it functions. This one was particularly effective for me! 5. My entire bladder including the muscles and all the nerves and their connections to the brain was somehow swapped out with an artificial more primitive bladder system that does works like a baby’s bladder. Sometimes I imagine this is either a consequence of, or treatment for #4 above. 6. I am toddler who doesn’t understand that people can stop them selves from peeing when they feel the sensation to go. I don’t get understand what the sphincter muscle is used for. I can’t be the only one who did this, right?

As someone on the autism spectrum, I've been trying to mask my issues since I was about 5 or 6. Tiled public bathrooms have always felt too loud for me. I have tried earbuds and headphones, but it still feels difficult. I grew up with constipation and frequent accident. Today I don't have any accidents like I did back then but I still feel attached to the feeling of diapers because I didn't get the chance to wear back then. It feels really embarrassing and frustrating. I have been through times where I don't need to wear them for awhile and then one day I just get tired of trying to wait or remembering to go. I've tried those reminder apps but it gets almost too repetitive. Does anyone know what I'm going through?

I would say my number one fetish (slightly above ABDL) is desperation and wetting. I love the feeling of having an achingly full bladder and being desperate to use the toliet, holding it until I end up wetting myself. I also love, love, love watching someone else wiggle, dance, moan, whine, and beg to use the bathroom before inevitably soaking their pants.

Hey everyone, I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I have a question. How often are you finding your self having to wakeup or get up to go pee during the night. For my self I have to go pee about every two hours, talk about tiring. So that usually equals out to five times a night I'm getting up ton go pee. I am on a diuretic so thats one cause and the second cause is I've always had a small bladder. The Diuretic I'm on I have to take two times a day one in the morning and one in the evening so changing the time when I take that medication isn't going to help. I look forward to your guys respond on how often you go during the night. Thanks -Paige
