As a patient at the state mental hospital on a locked ward. We were all wearing disposable diapers all the time. As this ward was desiginated incontance patients. There are no restrooms to use. I just got stuck here. I really want to escape but there seams to be no way to get out. The staff member passed me in the hall carrying a bag of dirty diapers. She unlocked a door and placed the bag In a large rolling cart grey in Color. The smell from the room was intense. The door did not latch. This could be my way out if I could stand it. I went inside the small room. I pulled the door shut. I slipped on the floor fell backwards into the dumpster. The many wet diapers made my body slip.deep into the dumpster. I was afraid of not being able to breathe. I must have passed out. I was awakened by the cart moving. I could not see anything expect some small beams of light in between the many dirty diapers. There was urine dripping all over my body. The smell was intense. I felt maybe the cart was on a elevator. I stuck my head above the mess I had gotten myself into. No it looked like I was in a hall there were other carts full in the same way around me. As I tried to climb out the cart tilted forward. I was covered in a liquid form of waste. Wearing just a hospital gown and a diaper. Getting to the end of the carts took a bit. I had to rest. I saw a door just a few steps up the hall. It was locked. I saw another door further up the hall. I pulled it open it was dark I fumbled for the switch. I finally got it lights on. I was so lucky. I found a shower.
