    So do you have to relax each time to let yourself pee, or can you push a spurt out?

    Have you done this to know it works? Does the urge incontinence result from the constant manual bladder massaging? Its possible that could get it used to spasming more which causes urge incontinence. When you say wet in less "easy" position when I have a strong urge, am I doing this wetting while drinking the tea? Or should I never do a full wetting, ONLY wetting in small amounts when I drink tea.
