"I'll tell you what, if you tell me when you need to potty I'll help you take them off so you can go. How's that sound?" Granny says pulling Sarah up to a sitting position on her bed and sitting down next to her

"So you were comfy just now in your stinky messy diapie?" Granny says looking at Sarah with a comically confuse face.

Amanda babbles as babies do, but with a serious face. Waving her tiny hands around, while her tiny feet kicked. She really wanted to yell at Alyssa but could no longer talk above baby babble. After her realization she looks pleading at Alyssa as if to say this is your fault fix this!

Granny tapes up her new fresh thick diaper nice and snug giving a crinkly pat. "We worry too much huh? So what would you suggest us grown ups do? Wait for you to ask fir a diapie change or your... baba?" Granny says giggling to her grand daughter pulling a baby bottle off the nightstand.

Dr. Z made sure to record that clip, it adorable scene of the "baby detective" letting mommy know she did "big boom boom" while barley able to stand. At now 3 years old his test subject of a neighbor was now more baby than detective, especially once fran walked in. "Hi sleepy head, you make boom booms for mommy? What a big girl you are! And standing up in your crib too!" Fran says smiling and clapping at the toddler. Causing Alyssa to start clapping too falling onto her messy bum.

Dr.Z laughs as the babies fought back. It was funny to him to see a 3 year old and 1 year old trynto hold on to their maturities while only slightly before they were during from mommy's breasts in full diapers. Amber was having a hard time focusing in her regressed state holding her teddy bear she laid down her pacifier helped her relax, and not thinking she put it back in her mouth.

Grandma sniffles a giggle changing Sarah's diaper, wipping aways the mess as Sarah seemed unbothered by it as she talked. "Awe honey you know when people ask you questions like that, and they are grown ups in charge it's because they are worried and want to help you. Silly girl. And as your grandma if I were to ask you the same questions what would you say? And remember our little game of hide and seek plus I'm changing your very full diaper right now. You can tell granny you know I won't judge you. Granny says finishing the clean up before sliding another new diaper under her granddaughter and grabbing the bay powder. She watches as sara plays with the pacifier getting ready to.tell granny the truth.

Grandma starts changing the very full and very wet diaper while Sarah lays there playing with her pacifier. "OH what questions were so dumb little one?" Grandma asks with a chuckle

"Awe, do you wanna play more hide and seek once I'm done changing your diaper?" Grandma asks grabbing the diaper supplies. Grandma even pops the pacifier back into her mouth.

Dr. Z took note of Amber's regression to a real toddler mean while Alyssa was now around 3 year olds physically even though she's small and looked 2 at the most especially with no teeth. He grinned. "No more Jr detective, more like neighbor baby Alyssa now hahaha!" The fly landed dear the crib. Dr. Z looked on as Alyssa sucked her pacifier that was covered in drool and hugged her stuffed kitty

Fran carried the giggling Amber to the highchair in the kitchen. She took out a vile of medicine and put it in some baby food. Then cheerfully says "Here comes the airplane!" Fran pilots the medicated food into Amber's giggling mouth. Over the next few minutes Fran watches (as does Dr. Z from his lab) as Amber drops in age now physically 4 years old. Amber now with her fully no teeth grin, short bob cut hair, and chubby fingers is still giggling and drooling all over.

"OH do I hear a stinky little girl who needs a diapie change?" Granny says cheerfully. As she looks around then spots her grand daughter. "There you are stinky baby!" Grandma points out giggling.

Mommy turns on the baby monitor hearing the playroom squeak open. Her and grandpa giggle at the sight. Then grandma comes in. "Oh dear where could my stinky baby be?" She says playing along like she doesn't see her.

Grandma could smell the stinky big baby but acted like she couldn't find her. And got close but kept looking until she hear footsteps waddle the opposite way. Her diaper sagging and swollen tailing behind her. Grandma giggles at the sight

Fran rocks Alyssa smiling and cooing at her baby daughter, and calmly picks up the pacifier and places it in Alyssa's mouth. Fran knew Alyssa was on the edge of baby hood now even though she was about 4 or so now.

Amber giggles at her baby sister and throws a pacifier at her. "Quiet baby sistaa!" She giggles

Grandma watches the whole sight! Sarah waddling with her very full and very soggy diaper just like when she was a toddler! Grandma couldn't help but to laugh grabbing Sarah's pacifier and started "looking" for the big baby. Mommy and grandpa listen from down stairs laughing a little too assuming what was going on. Mommy thinks to herself 'that medicine is supposed to help relax her bladder bowels and manage her big girl brain, well it seems to be doing the trick so far!'

Grandma gives back the sly smile and says "oh death i forgot to grab something let me just go back to your closet...." grandma plays along.

Amber giggles at her silly drooling sister in her bouncer hearing her say "amba" with a gummy smile. Amber smiles and giggles saying "silly sissy!" Showing off she now was loosing her teeth too!

Grandma stands back and gives Sarah a sly smile. "OH are you telling me you going to make a break for it?" She giggles.

Fran giggled as Sarah let out a large milky burp. "See baby milky isn't bad, it's good for you!" Fran carries Sarah who's drooling a milky drool over her gums are through her lips into the baby bouncer. "OK girls I'll be back in a few minutes mommy has something to do quickly." Fran takes off out of the room.

Grandma stops after uncovering Sarah's very wet and full diaper. "Whats goy Sarah so giggly? Is going poopy in your diaper funny baby?" Grandma says giggling herself now.

Fran smiles and hums a nursery tune to the rhythm of Alyssa suckling. Patting Alyssa's soaked bottom as they rocked. "See baby mommy's milk will help calm you down and grow up big and strong. But for now mommy's got you baby." Fran says softy as a coo.

Fran hushed Alyssa. "Hush honey it's ok, that what your diapers are for. Amber's just a baby too, she was just having fun with you." Fran sits back down in the rocking chair with Alyssa once again and this time she made quick work of slipping her leaky nipple into Alyssa's crying gummy mouth. Fran rocked her big soggy baby as Alyssa nursed and calmed down.

Grandma smiles and lays out a Disney themed chancing mat with Sarah's name on it. She picks Sarah up laying her on the mat on her bed. "Honey your not just wet your stinky poo too. I think your diapers help you feel relaxed." Grandma says grabbing another of the extra thick diapers wipes and powder. She's starts undoing the snaps on Sarah's overalls and her onesie.
