hi all im stacy    im  a genderfluid /non binary of 49 yrs old  who used to have bladder issues when younger( i ahd a small bladder and over actives so  at time i had to go oftne to bathroom and i had to go fast couldnt hold it long but always managed to use the bathroom  usualy exept if tickled  ) 
but i got treated  when i was about 8 or 10  ,  but   a few years ago  when stressed i started to wake up wet  , then  after a wile it started to be random 

then a few  years later i noticed that more and more i barely made it to bathroom even if was just infront of the bathroom door i barelhy made it several time to the toilet.  in time 
and wiht work that was sstresfull, + water (washing) ect i had  to go often to bathroom  , so after talkign about it to a co worker who used to work in medical feild (help  nurse  in a nursing home (those who take care of  the  elder   like  change their protection or take them to bathroom ect)

and after i talked to her she convicnce that since i  always  make it barely it was alot risky of having accident and i agreed with her she said  it would be safrer to wear incontinent  protection all day and i said she was probably right but didnt knew how to  talk about it to the  manager to be safe casue we work with alot of teens (fast food restaurant)

afer about a few days i decided  and asked a assistant manager that i talked alot wiht before to work there and i asked her how i shoujld aproache the manage about it  she said jus to talk abou tit wiht her  honestl 

explain why you think it would be safer ect

i did she understood right away  i foudn otu she used to work in medical field too  

and i told her that after the next pay cause for years i was wearing cloths diapers at home too save money  and sinc  wasnt  waking up wet every night if i woke up dry it wasnt a  protection waisted i just took it of folded it or clean it and wear it again later

 so i had to buy now disposable ,

she was very undertanding even the fist day wish was one of our most bussiest day of the year (  its involve  found raising for an oranisation  )

by two time she came to me asking how i was feeling (i tough about how it was bussy 
but the 2nd time she asked just after i whent to change at the start of my break  so i guessed what she meant   about the new situation 

she was discret about it 

i found out several month  later that the assistan manager i told about it  told all the other employee in my back but i found out several month after she was fired 

so no one made fun of me wish helped me  feeling better about my situation

fast foward  i found out that its more genetic than what i tough  several in my family on my  mother sidehad surgery for bladder related issues mine is just worst
