You really shouldn't, that can't be healthy for you.

So if I understand correctly, all you are doing is half way filling the bladder, then keep pressing on the bladder to get urself to pee, but try to hold it all in then entire time? Then just keep repeating this throughout the day? EDIT: So I'm unable to get the bladder to contract, I keep pressing down on it, which feels a bit uncomfortable, but it never contracts on its own. Maybe my understanding of what contracting is. But I expect to feel a strong urge to pee after pressing down constantly, but it never happens.
