Recently it seems every time I try to go into little space, (usually at night) everything goes good until 30-40 minutes later I start to get really sad/guilty feelings about what I’m doing. I’ll stop coloring and go to a dark place. I lose control and start feeling worthless like the earth would be better off without me. Not sure what to do or how to approach this.

Hi there.my name is Sammy. I just found out what this is.. I think I might be an ab. Really new to this and not sure how I feel. I remember ever since I was little, I would always get weird jealous feelings when a diaper commercial was on or around babies.. thought it was just me, I didn't know there was communities like that and stuff I still feel generally confused/alone though. Not sure how to process this without getting upset at myself.
