"German right? I think" She had no idea. Quite funny considering french was actually one of her papers

Charlotte came back out and slumped on the sofa. Waiting for food, it smelled soooooo gooood though!

Charlotte smiled unconvincingly and went to the bathroom to freshen up

"No reason. Just curious"

"alright. Can I just ask if you've any spare sheets?"

"I did say I wasn't complaining. It smells delicious!"

"I thought we were only having soup... Not that I'm complaining!" Charlotte was quick to add

Charlotte woke up finally feeling a bit damp. She looked under the cover in shock. "Oh fuck. Can't let him see" She quickly got changed and stripped the bed of all linen and panicking, put it under the bed before rushing out to join Cal. "Sorry. I didn't mean to have a go earlier."

Charlotte simply rolled over muttering "5 more minutes dad. I swear I'll get up this time"

Charlotte was fast asleep snoring soundly. You could see that she was relaxed while she slept

"No! That's not what I me-" Well done Charlotte. Pissing off more people after the hospitality you've got... "Ugh. I'm just gonna go to bed till someone wakes me" she said going into what was now her room and closing the door. There was no lock on this door. She glanced at the many boxes and just sighed before undressing and getting into bed. And then falling asleep

"They'll get better. Jessica was a bitch anyway and like you said. It's just a crack. At least my way will be what is COMFORTABLE to me!"

"I don't need anyone to tell me. Just let me do things my way" Okay so maybe I did need guidance. But I didn't want to show it. I thrived on my independence. And sure I'd known Cal for ages. But I still wouldn't open up to him.

"Are you sure you're not my dad. Because it sounds like you are" Charlotte said looking unamused

"what do you mean by that?"

"As much as I appreciate the offer. It's for my finals. So I can't have any help with it..." Charlotte said looking kind of down. Help would've been perfect. But it'd also be cheating.

"yup. Might be the best of ideas." Charlotte glanced over to the desk again. "That workload is going to kill me. I'm sure of it"
