well I tend to agree about not being ashamed I also remeber a time when I was embarssed about my condition and the need to wear diapers, I mean a teenanger that wears diapers! but lo and behold here i am 19 years later and I dont care what people might think. The biggest problem I have had to overcome the Knowing and fact of my diaper use was my own inability to accept it myself.

your symptoms can be cuased by anything from a simple baldder infection or something like Interstitial cystitus a dease that taht cuases very frequent urnination every 15 mins or so but there are many other cuases as well u are not alone many people suffer from incontinence, dont get down and you will soon find that life will continue as normal like those of us who are incon we just live our lives like everyone else but we have diferant underwear. Ok, first of all being incontinent is all that grand. you must think about all the ramifactions if one wants to become incontinent, 1. Always needing diapers on had, even if u really cant afford it....so if u want to be incontitnent and use diapers u must realize the cost financialy. diapers can get very expensive if u use more than a few a day and if u truly become incon u cant choose as to when and and how long u wear u just wear and need to change often. 2. the social burdens * odor * leaks * outings and trips are u willing to change in a public bathroom when needed? can u handle getting out of a airplane seat that got soaked during a long flight? telling the attendant that u wet the seat ? walking thru a busy airport with wet pants and then changing in a very busy airport bathroom? this has happend to me personaly * what if this happens around ur family and friends? at work? 3. Is this someting u will want 10,20-50 years from now? we often want things now that would not want years from now. U also have the added problem , health risks ... putting stuff in your uretha will cause scarring and could rip a hole (Fistula) thru the urethraor ripping ur bladder so the urine goes into the anus or intestinal wall any of these would not be good. damaging ur kidneys SERIOUS RISK OF INFECTION,, as for scars the tend to grow FAST if a scar ( Stricture) in ur uretha closes up u can not pee and that is very very painful . as for becoming incontinent there is only one safe way (that dosent include self mutalation) the urinay system is an automatic system it will happen on its own... we are "Trained" as children to control the muscles to be able to hold it. The simple solution is to go whenu gotta go if u go the micro sec when u feel the need EVERYTIME ur muscle will be beguin to weaken or atrophy as with all muscles that do not get used. after a while u WILL be incontnet as the muscles can nolonger do the work of holding it. so in the end IF you TRULEY want to become incon ( I dont understand why ) just stop using the abilty to hold it your body will eventually revert to the Automatic form as the removal of wasre is critical for life to continue. but PLEASE DONT HARM URSELF IN WAYS that U DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONSIQUINCES and TRULEY THINK BEFORE ACTION DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS? DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS? ANSWER THIS QUESTION TRUTHFULLY AND WITH DEEP DEEP THOUGHT BEFORE CONTINUING!

you can buy diapers in Cozumel names u never heard of and Tena there not great but they are cheap if u are an experinced diver ask to go to Punta Sur and dive the "The Devils throat" its a great dive (scary) but awesome, the scuba in Cozumel is the best awsome fish life and with the current u dont have to swim just let the current do all the work. ! happy times

Being incon has not affected my life as much as one might think.. of course finding a loved on that understands the need and is comfortable with ( liking it is a plus ) my job is not affected in the least . of course challenges must be delt with like needing to change in an airport but you learn to deal with it and not worry what people think.
