Abena M4's are my go-to "adult" diapers, but L/XL Goodnites and Size 7 Pampers fit me just fine for when I'm looking for a slimmer diaper.

However, if you make a slimmer adult size diaper, I'll definitely give them a try.

Sure, we've all heard of the marshmallow trick, shoving some bananas up your tailpipe, and dumping a load of oatmeal in the seat of your pants. Has anyone else tried to get it up their rear?

I normally so this with a batch of not-so-runny oatmeal, and put it in a bottle I have laying around (wide mouth and easily squeazable, like a nesquik bottle). Lube the backdoor up a bit and let 'em have it!

Combine this with a banana (or two) and some marshmallows (if you're feeling brave) and you'll soon have a full diaper like you'll never forget.
