Suggestion; You are both uncomfortable with it still, and don't know if you'd be able to see him as a 4 year. My suggestion, is slowly go into it, and by exposing yourself to it, you will not only find out how far it can go, you will also find out how far you are both comfortable enough to do. By exposing yourself to it at a slow pace, you may also become more comfortable with it. I'd suggest starting on a... talking basis, Slowly work yourself to talking to him more as a child, And maybe... You know... Give him a bottle or something? While the bottle might be a little bit more intimate,
