    been there done that. after my hemm surgery i was in diapers for almost 3 months. no fun when out and about and the smell hits you. on the other hand I could pee anytime I wanted. the ass side of it was a "anal leakage" with the occasional uncontrollable stool just leaking out. now 9 months post op I still have very urgent poops but almost always make it in time.

    I have been wearing all the time since last march due to a screwed up anal surgery . I am to the point of dont give a hoot what people think I am always protected and thats all that matters. I have never been asked told or otherwise even mentioned to about my fat ass.
