No idea, but it does seem to start about 2 hours after I fall asleep and I know if I change in the early hours of the morning and go back to bed I will wet again. So at least twice but I suspect it's every couple hours and never complete void.

Always wet here, dry spells have lasted a few weeks but nothing more.

I hated the thought of Diapers as a preteen but I accepted and enjoyed it in my late teens.

I am a 34-36 waist (weight fluctuates alot) and got samples of medium but a few bags of large based on other posts. While the medium fit, the large is much more comfortable.
