    Thanks for your insight and advice. I may eventually try going 24/7 with pull ups but first I want to consult my doctor again and maybe I'll think about a therapist. And I apologize if bringing up my fetish causes issues, that was not my intention and I hope you all know that this isn't some ploy but is a serious incontinence issue I'm trying to find the cause of and so far nothing physical is showing itself.

    Hey there are Montanans here. Its odd cause I always felt alone, then found out about abdls quite a few years back but it still is hard to realize you aren't the only one until it sets in and seeing other Montanans kinda makes it sink in. Because I want to stay fairly anonymous I'll just say North of Great Falls and in a small town

    I'm pretty good at that is the crazy part. The last three years I have taken a week, two week and two and a half week vacation in Maui and a week in Vegas. As far as a message, I like them but only from my wife lol and I like what follows that even better lol It isn't like its constant stress, it just builds up after three or four months and frankly I can't take off on vacation every four months. The more severe incontinence only lasts two to three weeks so really over a year I may only have one or two months of incontinence that requires protection. The rest of the time I may have an occasional leak but most of the time its not enough to warrant protection. I'm just wondering if anyone has any extra insight or advice, especially before I revisit the doctor. But definitely thanks for the response and idea, it definitely sounds good, especially a diapered message but that will only happen in my fantasies lol

    Thanks for the welcome! I mostly have done it in front of strangers at the store. I have done it in front of my wife but that's gonna happen and doesn't really count. That works great for a bandage I suppose and its a good excuse to wear.
