I think I reached the goal but I'm not sure! I tried many time with succeed! I wet my diaper between these test. And after I breath out all the air and hold, when I hasn't enought oxygen I breath 1/2 second with my nose pinched between my finger until I feel my bowel sphincter relaxing. Very strange sensation, my blader is empty then I mess! I'll try again after!

I can't! I tryied arround 2min with 2 mini breath in the process after a small one almost emptied! My lungs spasm and I think my blood pressure increase because I feel my heart deeply in my neck. If you have advice for me, I take it! Steph

Hi, The last last week I would been incontinent for many reason. So I had read all this post, evething from the begenin to now! It's amazing, Blake you had done a wonderfull work! Your writing is really exciting, it was a very long journey for you, is it still not finished? How do you live it now. Your goal is it reached? It should be good to just have a picture of tap to avoid leak on your diaper. Just to see how it ajusted. For my part, I took a false start. I explain me, I Just took back studies in engineer schoo (I'm 30)l and I have to be concentrate on it! Another thing, my wife is not ready to see me as incontinent, she was very worried! So it's a lot of things to not reach the goal. But even if I need to still thinking, I don't dismiss a possibility to become incontinent. I think that will be my goal once day but I don't know when! Hi every one, I french, I adult baby since more 15 years and since few days I want to becoming incontinent... I seen this method and I want it! I married since 1 year, I work in big engineering office and also took back my studies. That mean 2 weeks I'm at work and 2 weeks I'm at shcool to become ingineer... i want to start this 12 month diaper training program, I willing to do ever it shown at first step except to say to my wife "his is it, diapers for me from now on.
