  1. I see what you're saying. I won't try to hold it. My big issue is that I am in a truck all day for work. That makes everything pretty difficult since I tend to accidentally be holding pee due to what I assume are anatomical issues. I can't seem to get the hang of this position. I know the driving position is probably the most difficult, but if I don't get something figured out, I can't make any progress at all. I'm guessing the best advice is to drink more water on a consistent basis, but is there any tricks people have figured out?
  2. Question: When you're starting out the first month, someone said that you should really focus on being able to pee and all sorts of positions. What's the best way to do this? Should I really be drinking a ton of water and holding it in a certain position until I just start wetting? Would time be better spent really trying to relax in positions that are easier?
  3. Can we please have an update Blake? I'm very curious as to how it's all going..
  4. Very interesting to hear your progress!
  5. Blake, why exactly can't you push when you're trying to pee? Is it just that it should come more naturally and you don't want to create habits? In the 12-month plan he does not think it really matters whether you push or not.
  6. So, after a lot of gathering of information, I think I have somewhat nailed down the two (physical) processes that need to be accomplished in order to achieve urinary incontinence. 1. Shrinking of the bladder 2. Atrophy of the sphincter muscles One will consequently affect the other. This is the simplistic understanding of what's going on, and I don't think it over-simplistic. If anybody can help me understand the mental part that would be great, because I surely don't understand the effects of it.
