  1. It’s a very soft and absorbent diaper. https://trestcare.com/product/trest-elite-briefs
  2. I’m pretty curious how you deal with messing in social situations? Do you have a sense that it’s going to happen and just leave the room with your diaper bag before it does? I know you’ve gotten completely surprised in the past with a BM. Does that still happen?
  3. I would not recommend waiting two weeks before washing cloth diapers. One week max, ideally every 3 days. Things start to get grungy quick after that.
  4. Yeah I stand up with my desk if my diaper is particularly full and I don’t want to get my chair wet. It does make going easier.
  5. That sounds strange, but I recommend setting a repeating timer and consistently drinking water so that you can practice wetting. It's harder to remain open if you don't have enough opportunities.
  6. I can’t tell right now. All I know is that as I’ve kept doing it, control is decreasing, urges from nowhere are increasing. I wouldn’t assume this is temporary right now. I may try to wean myself to have a normal functioning bladder after two weeks of doing it, and then I can give a verdict on the permanence. I’ve been at it for a week and a half now.
  7. I would say you’re in the right spot if you feel spurts. It’s below your belly button. You basically press into the location where your bladder is. It has a certain tingly feeling when you get the spot right. Don’t go crazy with it, but I would keep trying. In the beginning I would say it took me a few sessions to actually get it to work.
  8. Has any one tried this for more than a couple weeks? I’ve been trying this out over the past few days and I definitely have more urgent need-to-pee feelings when my bladder is somewhat full. I’ve had some unexpected wetting incidents too. I think this would probably lead to urge incontinence if you kept at it, but it’s hard to say if it would be permanent or not. I don’t think the effect it has on your spincter muscles is significant. I think the reason it works is because it messes up your bladders natural state, and simulates bladder contractions. These manual contractions seem to eventually cause automatic and unexpected bladder contractions.
  9. I still have part of a case that I've never used. Was thinking of selling them on eBay.
  10. This makes a ton of sense to me. It's very hard to keep your bladder totally relaxed and draining all the time. But it's much easier (albeit more uncomfortable) to not release your bladder all of the way. This would certainly create a substantial change in your bladder in short order, because you're not ever returning it to a state of completely empty anymore. Once your bladder doesn't get exercise, it's flexibility and functioning will diminish. That said, this doesn't sound like it's for the faint of heart. Incontinence achieved like this will be very different from incontinence achieved by staying relaxed. You will retain urine constantly, and that could mean long-term dull pain in your bladder. I think the ideal way is still to remain relaxed, but for those wishing to achieve incontinence sooner, this may be just the thing.
  11. I wear diapers very often to work. I typically drink a lot more when I wear because I really enjoy peeing all of the time. This, of course, means a lot of changing. I typically just walk out to my car and change there. I park farther away from everyone else and always out of sight so it's not too hard. And no one
  12. I think that it is certainly self-harm, no matter the circumstances that cause it. Forcing
