    IF you can find someone to sew it for you, there's an adult cloth diaper sewing pattern that goes down to a 22" waste....it looks really good! The soaker holds like 10 oz and the page says that you can easily add/remove soaking material?

    If you are into making your own, there's a website that has a sewing pattern for adult cloth diapers They are super oober cute: Geesh that image is huge. Anyway, The listing says that there are directions for both pockets AND aio's. I personally think pockets are the best so you can decide how much absorbency you need per use. But that's just me.
