  1. Be careful about letting your diaper peek too much at things like pride and Folsom. People will absolutely grab your ass. Remember: not everyone at those events is part of the LGBT community.
  2. Saying that you're "not trying to be a dick" is a pretty good sign you're being one. You put into question everything he said simply because he seems able bodied. News flash, just because someone is active and young doesn't mean they haven't had something like a lower back injury, a birth defect or even damage due to infection. Also, MediCal will pay for any diaper brand who's seller accepts FSA. I believe you can even get Bellisimos.
  3. Thankfully in my state, medicinal cannabis is legal. Medicinal marijuana is not the same as the crushed up bag of stems and seeds some of us tried as kids. There are thousands of strains, each with its own benificial and sometimes negative effects (Dry mouth and sleepiness), but all of them are safer than the aspirin you take for a headache. Aside from my own experiences (cannabis helps to calm my anxiety better than clonozepam, and to help with my chronic depression, without all of the nasty side effects of those medications) I have literally seen hundreds of people who are suffering from everything to insomnia to cerebral palsy, even cancer who are actually able to live functional lives that weren't as possible with just pharmaceuticals. It's time for people to understand that people who smoke cannabis aren't just stoner losers. Some of them are doing it to be able to actually function in their daily lives without taking a bunch of medicine that quite frankly is usually less tested than cannabis. How many times have you seen medications pulled from shelves because they can cause death, stroke, heart attack, liver failure etc? As I said before, aspirin kills more people than almost every other drug. Nobody ever, period, amen, 0%, has ever died from a cannabis overdose. How many people that you know of died from drinking? What about things like getting their medications mixed up? Cannabis is only illegal (and only in certain states) because it's hard to regulate, difficult to tax all transactions, and because it takes money away from big pharma. It's less harmful than alcohol and even cigarettes as the evidence suggests it helps fight cancer rather than cause it.
  4. Thankfully I only go through about 3 diapers a day. I buy a case of Abena M4s about once every three weeks. It's expensive, but I would use 6-8 depends, which makes it pretty much the same price.
  5. I have only had a few epic disasters, most of which either happened walking home or with the key in the lock. However, one of my most embarrassing moments was stepping into a subway train and then immediately having a huge bowel movement. It was a pretty awful ride to the other side of the bay, and ended up having to walk home afterwards without a place to change. I am certain every single person knew exactly what happened.
  6. I have been a lurker in this forum for a while now, but I figured I would toss my hat into this ring as well :3 I'm an MtF who transitioned in 2010. It was something I had wanted to do since I was 3, but never had the opportunity until I finally got away from my family :/ As far as my ABDL habits and my IC go, the IC came first. I was potty trained super early, and didn't have any bed wetting problems until my teens, which came along with a little daytime accidents too. The bed wetting cleared up for the most part by the time I graduated, but from then on I had the occasional accident, and would dribble a lot after using the bathroom. I ignored that, but it didn't get much worse until I started taking hormones. By 2012 I was wearing pads all day for the dribbles and spurts every time I laughed or sneezed, and was even having occasional bowel ic. That September I started wetting the bed again, and shortly after the dribbles turned into a strong urge to go, with just a few minutes to get there. Both the bed wetting and the daytime bladder and bowel ic both got worse over the next few months, but during that time I had decided to start wearing 24/7 instead of just to bed. When I was first having accidents every day, even messing myself on public transit, I felt a lot of shame about my condition. I began to explore the ABDL lifestyle as a coping mechanism, and really fell in love with feeling little sometimes. It helped me to love my diapers instead of hate them, and even to not be ashamed of them!
  7. Had some bed wetting problems in my teens, and some leaks every now and then since that, including light bowel ic. I had been able to stay dry at night though, until september of 2012 when I started wetting the bed again. I decided on diapers pretty quickly, since I share my bed with my super supportive fiancée. Soon after my first wet bed in 8 years, my daytime dribbles turned into daytime diapers.
