I would call that my typical underwear drawer.  In fact, my underwear drawer is like yours except it is larger and has more diapers in it.  I don't think I have a regular pair of underwear anywhere in my dresser drawers now.

I think it fits you very nicely.  I have always wondered what pants sagging with a diaper on would look like.  I think you pull that look off real nicely.

interesting, why not just use a foley catheter? they are made to stay inside and then you can deflate them and take them out.
