well after looking over the program I have thought of a few things. Read through the whole, 12 month diaper training program, every day. Or at least every week. just to keep it and it's many rules fresh in your mind. (I'm sure that no one will do that, it's just a suggestion.) As well as putting diaper pins everywhere as constant reminders, hang pages of the, 12 month diaper training program, everywhere, wherever they are most important, i.e. pages explaining your diet, in the kitchen. Pages about bedwetting, near your bed. Etc. and when you think about it, take a little time to go over them. (again just a suggestion) Avoid the bathroom at all costs!!! The only time that you will go in there is to shower and to brush your teeth, that is it! To help further with the bathroom problem, turn the water on the toilet OFF. if you do have an extra bathroom with only the shower and the sink, then lock the bathroom with the toilet, from the inside. So that it is impossible to get in without a locksmith. so far, that's it, if I ccan think of anything else, I will post it.

I am 18, and only just moved out of my parents house. and yes I have a roomate, and he knows, and is OK with me trying this. but should I wait to try this? and if I do try I will be using the 12 month traing program, and following it to the T, except for any changes suggested in my other thread. but is 18 to early to try this? if so, how long should I wait? I have planned every single last step of this out, I have read the 12 month traing program ten times, and I plan to read it even more times, I have thought of the pros and the cons, and I am willing to do this. and even if you say that 18 is too early, I will most likely still do it, I am just curious for other peoples opinion.

I have read posts from people saying that they have tried the 12 month diaper program, but changed it a little to make it better. so my question is what are these changes?

I am here because I noticed your incontinence desires thread, and I read through it, and I noticed that a lot of people were pretty supportive of someone becoming incontinent. I was previously at Adisc, and if you post anything about wanting to be incon, they will post back a million times, saying that incontinence is the worst idea ever, you do not want it. so as I'm sure that you have guessed, I want to become incontinent. about me, I live with roomates, like music, and used to do a form of marchial arts.
