As nappies are an essential part of my life, I find chocolate is a great stress reliever!

I'm about to add cycling into my 'get my figure back' campaign. At the moment I'm just walking. In the past I've just used TenaLady pull-ups and had no problems with bunching or leaking. Like diaperednicole I wear tights (pantyhose). They cover up a multitude of sins and 'iron' out any vpl.

You would be amazed what you can find in charity shops! Always worth a visit!

One of these days I might try 'doubling up'. I am at the stage where my curiosity might get the better of me hehe

I've just had a baby and am determined to get back my shape and into shape within 6 months. I've done it before and I want to do it again. For me walking is the key ... and I get to see lovely countryside! Hope Rustypins and others keep each other informed of our progress as that can help in itself.

... there is that four letter word that starts with S in the winter - brr!
Er ... um ... ah ... erm

Following on from sarah_ab, cv = curriculum vitae or 'courses of life'. Make sure yours is no more than 2 sides of A4 and spell-checked!

I learnt from a very early age this is one of the absolute essentials one carries in a handbag!

It sounds a wonderful wedding plan. I wish you both well. My last wedding I attended I was MOH at 28 weeks pregnant, my elder daughter a bridesmaid and younger daughter a flower girl all in matching lemon/cream; it was an Easter wedding and a memorable day for all.

I've just had a baby and as my body is getting used to realigning I'm finding the 'half-way house' of protection, the pull-up, to be really useful. I can have the fit of panties and the protection of a nappy (to a degree) all in one.

Frightening isn't it? So pleased I dine in most evenings!

I wish you well with your new car. I have no problems whatsoever with a car. I don't have one to have problems hehe

You know your computing skills are rock bottom when you can read a post like this and not understand a word.

Even though it may not mean much to you at present please be assured it does get better. sarah_ab offers an excellent suggestion. I hope you take a look. I hold you in my prayers.

... when your bum does look big in this!

You, your family and your grandma are in my prayers. May you all find peace at this difficult time. Bless those who look after your gran too.

I love to cook, knit and sew. Pity reading isn't a craft else I would add that hehe

They are great! ... but then I like all Tena products ... to quote another advert 'does exactly what it says on the tin'

To Whom It May Concern,
I admit my computing knowledge is limited and the solution may be 'staring me in the face' but I cannot see a way out of this dual problem. Please help me.
I am notified by e-mail someone has befriended me. Apart from two, I have never heard of the others before let alone chatted to them! How do I stop this happening?
I have known square duck since the days of dpf. He had the courtesy of asking if we could be friends soon after I joined here. I immediately said 'yes'! Yet if I wish to contact him my screen goes blue and freezes! The only other person I would wish to keep as a friend is smartii, a lovely guy I met from diaperspace and we have chatted many times.
So my problem is this: How do I (politely) remove the 'friends' I wish removed? and How do I keep in touch with two friends I wish to have as friends?
Ideally, I would like the option of starting a conversation with would-be friends before committing. I would expect that courtesy to be reciprocated. I do not simply wish to collect 'friends'
Thank you in anticipation, Aina

Down There!
in 2011
I keep 'down below' either smooth or Brazilian, depending on mood, season or other reasons. As to name - the generic 'birdy'

I've never known what it's like to go to bed without a nappy. It is as much a part of me as say cleaning my teeth or removing make-up before retiring. It's automatic. I consider I am fortunate in I only require (generally) protection whilst sleeping. It doesn not stop me enjoying life to the full.

All my family use Tena products. They are excellent - comfortable, fit well and above all do their job! Worth sampling!

Some quite ingenious ways of carrying you guys! PS Hope you didn't mind a woman looking at your post quicktip?
