thank you for the help, and I have gotten some good information. I am not trying to hide anything from my family, so washing should not be an issue. I find that disposables during the day apart from the mental part not bad, at night however I find them to be very uncomfortable for me eithier not using right ones or I just not tolerating it very well. So I thought I would try a different approach. My wife knows of my need, hopefully I can find a way to at least reduce my issues until then I would like to find a combination I can tolerate.

I been to the doc of course.
Fecal Incon. as we have established.
How often I go depends but several times a day, I can "go" in the bathroom somewhat normally(often), that said I will have a drop what your doing and rush and hope I make it(not as freq.), to basically no warning at all and have anywhere from just a little streaks, or having a small spot to med amounts of actual fecal matter(often i.e few times a day) Most of the time I have no notice eithier I don't notice it or have not much warning. Usually the stool is soft and mushy to the occasional diarrhea like when it happens, unfort. normal is soft and mushy for me, I have tried fiber etc. and usually get clogged up then when I go, I go. (currently trying to try to work dosage out see if that helps). I usually change my underwear/pants depending couple times a day. When I get up in the morn my sleep pants go straight to the wash. So honestly I am usually in a mess literaly.

I have a need for diapers, and therefore been using disposables however I been wanting to try cloth. Can anyone recommend best wasy/place to get started diaper wise and suggestions on pants to go with them?

Today first time I tried them, much thicker then depends of course, very crinkly which I like when I wear just to wear, and very comfortable when first put on

Just hard to accept the issue at times, hard to accept that a diaper is my friend at times. Wearing by choice is one thing

Oh I had tests

No its not an easy fix, and honestly my GP basically said nothing she can do, which I find is kinda bs but switching docs is a pain so no easy fix at all

I been having issues for awhile and been to the doctor all tests ran blah blah, bascially I am told deal with it. "Perhaps keep a spare pair of underwear in the car" that type thing. So that said was wondering if anyone has similiar (real) issues. And what have they done/do? Any particular brand of diaper better for incon then others? I am leaning towards something thicker because everytime I wear one I end up having to pee, and if I pull down the diaper etc. It loosens up etc. And becomes a pain, so my thinking is if I need diapers then I might well as use them. Sorry sounding blah, I am a bit down today.

Your correct they are Tena slip maxi (the coloured drops on the front allow you to see the absorbency at a glance, the more coloured in drops the more absorbent they are.)
They are ok. But I'm not a fan of the fastening. The tape loses its sticky too quickly for my own liking (mummy likes to keep me wetting for play times so I unfasten them when I need to go potty) I've also woken up with the diaper unfastened because the tape as come away from the wrap around part.
They are OK. Have a nice plastic backing. But I prefer attends slip's myself.
Thanks for the input, always looking for something thick and of quality.

I have need of protection do to bowl issues, and I have found that if I wear underwear over my diaper (some hate the term but honestly thats what it is), they bunch up specially up at the top. So I have been thinking do I really need to wear anything over them? other then try to hid I am wearing? Besides its hot out and getting hotter so less I have to wear the better in this case. Reason this came up, is I am supposed to go in for a MRI on my head (bad headaches) and I am nervous what the person doing the test may think as I know I am going to have to strip down to my "underwear" and the stupid gown. Do I just bite the bullet and tell the person hey I have issues and wearing protection? After all if I have an accident laying there they will find out, or do I just try to hide it? Honestly I am tired of hiding make excuses, I have had all the test ran etc. So my problem seems to be a part of me. I am just now approaching 30 so I am young and I fear the possible reaction people may have.
So what do the rest of you who have to go in for test do?

What diapers work best for this type of issues? I been seeing my doctor for some similar symptoms and got some tests yet but in the mean time...

So what is the big difference between a prefold and a flat cloth diaper you fold yourself other then the obvious? I was looking over the adult cloth diaper company's website. I take it if a pair of pants do not say quite in the description then they make noise? I am sorry for the questions but I really am a noob
