I think that "club wear" in this context is garments worn to clubs, ie, night spots with music/noise, drinking, etc. I have heard people who go to these places referred to as "clubbers", and apparently there's a lot of freaky clubs out there. My impression is that they're a bunch of poser kids/attention whores who are participating in the reckless sensual candy store of shocking youth culture. It doesn't really have much at all to do with AB/DL. The related links on that site appear to confirm this.

It's another symptom of the coarsening of the culture that's been going on for decades now. I think it's a sad thing but I'm sure there are those who either don't care or are delighted. As for vulgarity, I don't know why that's appealing at all. As for sex... When everything's acceptable, will anything really be exciting anymore? And regarding Christmas? Is anything sacred? Even if a person isn't a Christian, that doesn't give the person an excuse to be disrespectful.

Maybe the diaper is too tight? Or maybe too small? I usually use double disposable diapers with the inner diaper's plastic shell shredded with a razor, the inner being medium and the outer being large. The diaper is nicely bulky and not kept too tight, and I never have leak problems within reason.
