Hey there fellow masshole's and diaper enthusiasts. Like many around this time of year the search for housing is on the forefront of my mind. and I was thinking of how awesome it would be to share an apartment or house with 3 or 4 fellow community members. Just think never having to hide diapers except when company is over/etc.. the possibilities are endless. Well kitten getting back to the OP, what ideas do you have for improving the environmental sustainability of our fetish, e.g our diapers? I think for starters as waynecook said, we should demand that the plastic covers of our diapers be made from biodegradable plastic. Power in numbers is real, and in our market economy if there is enough demand for environmentally friendly diapers they will eventually have to change. What are your ideas?

Kitten If you are unaware, and evidently that is the case, there is currently a natural gas boom in North America. This boom started in about 2007/8 when a process called Hydraulic Fracturing (fracking) was perfected. This process involves a hole being drilled into the ground, then a mix, (slurry), of proprietary chemicals, containing hundreds of knows carcinogens, is forced into the hole with such great pressure that it breaks the bedrock containing pockets of natural gas that bubble to the surface for collection. The big problem, of which there are many, is that these chemicals used in the frac-job eventually make their way into the water table poisoning the wells of anyone nearby. The problem is so severe that many residents near these wells can literally light their water on fire. Yes they are NON-Profit, your questioning of that clearly shows your lack of understanding of what non-profit means. Federal Election Commission. Ill brief you, the court ruled that corporations are "citizens" and are entitled to free speech rights and that includes allowing for the unlimited and unregulated funding of political ads for REPUBLICANs. NOT LIBERALS . and if you are concerned at all about money for environmental protections that the govt allocates you should really be more concerned that these "corporate citizens" pay NO TAXES make record profits, layoff hundreds of thousands of american workers, pollute the environment to No end and now they have the legal power to fund the republican party who has no problem being their puppet in government. Whoa whoa whoa, apparently many of you are not very close readers. No where in my original post did I even suggest that we give up diapers I said that "our community should think about ways to improve our carbon footprint", also I am generally referring to all who use diapers of which that includes us. Anyway I have been looking through the all the abdl forums and there was not even a mention of the effects diapers have on the environment, so seeing how this has sparked quite a discussion It seem that my post served its purpose, whether or not you agree with it.

Hi, Everyone. Like many in recent years I have learned and researched the Global Climate Change that is presently ongoing in our ecosystem, and its causes, of which the main contributor is mankind. I am sure that everyone here knows the environmental facts about diapers, if not here they are; 30% of landfill waste is diapers, 35% of diapers are made from petroleum based chemicals,which do not biodegrade for centuries, and on and on it goes. And to those who see cloth as a "green" alternative, cloth diaper consume over 10,000 gallon of water per year for washing. This is something that should concern all of us deeply as citizens of Earth and contributors to global climate change, WE MUST figure out a way that OUR community can improve our carbon footprint. Thank You, I look forward to all of your thoughts and ideas on this topic. Please do not waste time and dispute climate change or its manmade origins as this is scientific FACT and should not take place under this post, Thank You.
