packrat, this site is a fantastic resource for anyone wanting to know about diapers, and to meet like minded AB's & DL's, I'm very glad to have found it. It's nice having a wife into diapers too, although we're into it for different reasons. I love the comfort and security, she sees them more as a sexual item, so she only wears as a form of foreplay, whereas I will wear whenever I feel like it. I hope my new-founded-ness to DL isn't proving too boring! I'm loving finding out more about diapers. When I first started getting into diapers properly, I didn't know what I was looking for. I didn't know if it was the look of them that I liked, the feel/noise of them, the capacity for wettings. I know I'm still very new to diapers, but even with my limited experience, I am gradually starting to get my head around what I want from a diaper. After my accident yesterday, I'm not in any real rush to do it again. Whilst I wont be horrified by messing in my diaper, the cleap-up alone is enough put me off for the most part. I'm not sure where my diaper love stems from. I've never been a bed wetter (not sure what happened the other night when I wet my diaper!), and I don't suffer from any form of incontinence. The only thing I can think of was that when I was younger, I used to fantasise about a world where I was the only person left and in that world I imagined that I could "go pottie" anywhere I wanted, which always made me feel quite free and naughty. After a while the fantasy evolved and instead of "going pottie" anywhere, I imagined what it would be like to wear a diaper. I first started wearing diapers about a month ago. I've always known I wanted to wear them, but never really had a chance to. I finally told my wife about my fascination with diapers, she liked the idea and we bought some. I've only ever used Cuddlz plain white diapers. They're everything I need from a diaper, so I haven't bothered shopping around. I'm not obsessed with diapers, I just wear them when I fancy it. I find them very soothing and relaxing. I'm currently in my first ever 24hour non stop diapered session having spent my first night in them, and I must say, I'm really enjoying it! My wife sees diapers very much as a fetish. She'll put one on and wet it, which makes her very horny and thats all she needs. She doesn't wear them for comfort, they are purely sexual for her. Anyways, thats the extent of my story Frogboy

Well I've had a day of firsts! Last night was my first night in diapers. Went to bed clean, but when I woke up, my diaper was bulky and squishy... I can only assume I wetted in my sleep! yay! Also this morning, without realising at first, I messed my diaper. At first it felt great, but I didn't really like the stickyness that I was left with, or having to cleanup the mess. So in the future I think I will avoid messing if I can. And Lastly, I ventured out in public with a diaper on under my jeans. It didn't feel odd and I didn't feel at all self conscious of any bulging/noise. It was ace! I went down the canal with my wife to walk the dog. There was a few other poeple there and it felt great! I'm coming up on 24hours in diapers (changed 3 times so far) and I must say I'm loving diaper more and more! Cheers folks Frogboy

Wow, some very strong responses to this thread! It does seem that the majority of AB/DLs are quite happy to continue behind closed doors... Content enough with themselves and their choice to be an AB/DL to not need greater approval. Fair play to BriGuy for getting out there. That takes some serious courage and I respect that! I was reading this thread and it got me thinking about trying to be openly AB/DL for TV programmes. It strikes me that the problem is threefold. If you openly discuss being AB/DL on a TV show etc, then you open yourself up to a tirade of persecution, hatred and bullying for not being "normal". If you go on said shows with your face/voice masked, then the so called "normals" will use the defence that if our way of life is normal, why are we hiding. If no body does anything, then the wider society will never know how big the AB/DL community is, and will never have the chance to accept it. On the flip side to this, why are AB/DL's so hungry for acceptance? I know I'm fairly unique in the fact that when I told my wife, she loved the idea... But thats as far as I'd ever want to go with regards to acceptance. I don't care what the wider society think about diaper wearing. It makes me happy, it doesn't harm anyone, so why should I stop. In the same way I would never seek acceptance on other aspects of my life, I don't have any urge to be accepted by the general public. What is it about diaper wearing/adult babyism that AB/DL's are trying make acceptable to the "normals". On a side note... this thread got me thinking too. When the nonces in dog collars stop fiddling with kids... the church can then open discussions on infantalism (which doesn't harm anyone! quite the opposite in fact!) Just a rant/thought provoking thread. I mean no offense to anyone on here... feel free to comment!!! Frogboy

Unfortunately I don't have any pics... only just got into the whole diaper thing myself and haven't had chance yet to take any. But they are really cool... they look and feel like a proper diaper. The pics on the website are pretty good too!

The size on the Cuddlz diapers are wierd, I'm not sure how they work them out... I take 36inch waist in my jeans/trousers etc and I only just fit a medium in the Cuddlz... and I mean only just!!! The Cuddlz are awesome though... they absorb loads and are a very traditional diaper without being too babyish. I love the texture and the smell of a new diaper! Happy wetting! Frogboy

Well I got in from work at about 2:30pm(GMT+1) and jumped straight into my plain white Cuddlz, So I'm sat here very comfy!

I'm new on here too! I know what you mean about the difficult conversation. It took me over a year to pluck up the courage to tell my wife, and it almost seemed too good to be true when she wasn't repulsed by the idea of it and wanted to give it a try herself! thanks robehouse, I genuinely think I have met my soul-mate. I am so well matched with my wife it is unbelievable. Ours paths have crossed so many times in the past without us knowing from about the age of 7, despite having lived several hundred miles apart and only meeting properly on a dive trip 3 years ago. As far as the diapers are concerned... it's each to their own. Like I said, I don't want to divulge intimate details, just chat to people who also love diapers!. Hello all, For those who haven't seen my thread in the newby nursery, I'm Frogboy. I'm a DL, not an AB. I've always fantasised about wearing diapers... My earliest recollection is when I was 12, althought it didn't become a sexual thing until much later. My interesest was sparked when I saw a creche for AB's on Eurotrash (UK channel 4 program, great wasn't it!) when I was about 14, but didn't think anything of it at the time. About a year ago, whilst looking for stuff (*cough**porn**cough*) on pee fetishes (which I also have) I stumbled accross this fantastic site and realised that I am a full blown diaper lover as well. It took almost a year to finally pluck up the courage to tell my wife. She already knew about the pee fetish, turns out she has it too... but the diapers was a whole different board game. She seemed intrigued by the idea and when I told her about all the websites and communities for DLs, she wanted to see for herself. Once we both looked through all the stuff, she said she'd like to give it a go, so we found a UK site that sells adult diapers specifically for DLs and ordered some. We set aside a whole day and without going into too much detail, we both loved it and ordered more diapers! At first it was a very sexual thing... wetting my diaper was a huge turn on. But now, the more I wear them, the more comfortable they have become. I find it easier to wet them without getting "over aroused" if you know what I mean. I'm not sure on the idea of messing my diaper (both the feeling and the clean-up), but wetting is now great fun and very easy, I'm currently sat here in a very wet and bulky "Cuddlz" diaper. I'm very at peace with my love of diapers, helped greatly by my wife's understading/love of diapers too... and also by the content of this site. I have no desire to shout about my diaper love to other people, in much the same way I wouldn't shout about any other part of our home/sex life, but I like the idea of communicating with like minded people! Hello all... I'm 25, male, professional, from Yorkshire (the second best county in England, second only to Cornwall!), married and expecting our first child soon! Frogboy was a nick-name I had when I was at school (apparently I looked a bit like a frog... shame I never turned into a prince! lol). I've known since about the age of 12 that diapers appealed to me, but I didn't know there was a whole AB/DL scene until about a year ago when I stumbled accross this fantastic site! I'm definately a diaper lover rather than an adult baby... That's not to say I can't see the appeal of being an AB, it's just that It doesn't "do it" for me.
