About Me

About me:

I've just grown to love diapers after bedwetting for years. During the daytime, I often feel the urge to go so when I'm wearing them I feel much more secure and can relax. Spring of 2012 I decided to go 24/7 and have realized, it is not as big a deal to do so as I thought. Only my wife knows. I wear primarily Abena M4s and often with a booster when at work which usually gets me through my shift. At work especially, I also wear plastic pants. It instills so much more confidence and security to wearing because they catch leaks and have saved me plenty. They are also great for noise reduction. The minimal noise, people aren't going to pay attention to. Concealing it is not really that hard with the right attire. Sometimes I do have to use thinner diapers for different types of attire such as under dress pants. I have learned that people really aren't looking for you to be wearing a diaper so I don't worry about getting caught like I did when I was a more casual wearer. The biggest thing I've learned about going 24/7 is that with the right planning, you can definitely do it. When unusual situations arise, I confront them head on and figure out a way to be able to privately take care of my business. Again, it has also taught me to plan ahead. If you're 24/7, you can't act like a continent person anymore. You will have to adapt and things won't be the same.

I decided about a year so to also lose some weight. I lost enough to drop a diaper size which was a huge plus because I get more diapers for the same money! I was a large, now a medium. Amazing to see what a large looks like on me now, ridiculous!

I tend to have an strong opinion about a lot of thing so a forum is great for me to express that.

Likes:

Cloth backed and plastic diapers. Leaning more towards plastic lately as I've noticed a lot of the cloth ones weep a little. Like the quiteness of cloth but the smoothness of plastic.

Print diapers.

Diapers with leak gaurds.

Cool cloth diaper designs.

Plastic pants, no babyish prints though.

Sometimes I do enjoy the thrill of people finding out but only people I hope to never see again:)

Discrete but not too discrete diapers. Something you wouldn't notice on me unless you were looking for it.

Catheters.

Going number 1 ONLY.

Dislikes:

Super thin diapers

Ugly diaper colors like peach, yuck!!

Pull-ups, tried nearly all of them and haven't found a one I somewhat even like.

Number 2, icky!

Brands: (I feel I've tried the majority of diapers on the market in the US)

Abena Abri-Form X-plus- I wear these the most. Ive tried Larges (before my weight loss) and Mediums in all their absorbency levels but almost always use M4s now. Can wear half the day often without incident. Have every feature a diaper could have, love inside guards. Best absorbency I can find before a leak occurs (comparing to all diapers, yes even bambino and tena slip). Not really that expensive considering the performance and length of use. Worn right, not too bulky but definitely thicker. Have realized after being 24/7, these are hands down, the best diaper my money can buy. They never fail me, hold more then any other diaper I've worn. They wick up the front and back and fill to capacity. Can easily handle floods.

Abena Boosters - Two different sizes, enjoy them both but mainly the smaller ones. Great value for boosters from a drugstore website!

ABUniverse - Have tried almost all their prints. Single tape is a little tricky. Absorbency is okay but don't wick well. Definitely a fun diaper to wear!

Active Ultra - Actually like the plastic shell as it's very quite so I feel I can wear this thicker diaper and be less noticed. Sometimes after a flooding though, they start to leak out the crotch leg holes and aren't even full front to back yet.

Attends Extended Wear - Very thick, cloth backed, hold a lot but material inside, easily breaks down and clumps. The quality has continually deteriorated from when they first came out. Used to really like these, especially before they changed its backing color from white.

Attends Waistband - Great fit, when I'm in the mood for thinner plastic backed diaper. Frequent changes which I enjoy at times. Easily breaks down inside though.

Attends Breathable Extra Absorb - Tied with Tena's

Bambino's - Too expensive for everday use, all the right features but at a cost, don't like the bottom tape tab as it's up to high. Crotch area is way too wide.

CVS - Tapes barely stick, thin and called the 1-800 number and got a check for my money back as they were pretty defective

Depends - Well, depends on my mood. Hold way more than you think and have the waistbands and gaurds. Feel like I'm wearing breif underwear.

Drycare 24/7 - Bigger then most for its size and in my opinion, too thick. Costly. Need a change due to comfort and urine smell before I can fill it. Not worth the extra money for the extra absorbency if I'm not going to use it. Hard to conceal under clothing.

Molicare - Depending on the kind, good and bad. Supers are the only ones I'll consider wearing now. have tried probably their whole line. Somewhat like the purple. They seem to be going downhill IMHO.

Tena Super/Ultra - Supers are nice and thick but green, Ultra's are thinner and now white, both cloth backed. A decent cloth diaper.

Tena Slip - Fantastic diaper! Holds way, way, way more then you'd expect for a thinner diaper. Has all the features you need. This is my go to diaper when wearing dress pants or something other then jeans or when I need to have a tucked in shirt. These swell up pretty big though. Very, very costly in the US market. Probably my second most favorite diaper.

Tranquility - Have tried their whole line up. ATNs are best. Like the plastic on these and hold a lot considering the thickness but no where near an Abena M4 or 3 for hat matter. Like leak guards, and they smell good, great for Ph balancing. Different shape and snug wrapped fit.

Wellnessbrief - Actually really love these and was using as my primary diaper at work for a while but often needed to change at some point unless i weened myself on liquids. Holds up well, hold a ton, just needed a bit more absorbancy for at work. I'd place it 3rd after Abena and Tena slip.

I've worn dozens of others and the list could go on.

Rant:

Why does it seem, 9 out of 10 females who are into this refuse to talk to men, are lesbians, and live outside the US? I swear, when I'm on Diaperspace.com, this is true. Not saying everyone is, it just seems that way.

I can tell just by someones post how creepy and desparate they are on this site or any other. Drives me insane seeing guys desparate and pathetic posts to girls on sites like diaperspace.com. It gives the rest of us guys a bad rap and it's no wonder half these females won't talk with a guy on these sites.

Why I'm Here:

Well, I'm just here to talk about diapered life and meet new people. I'm not one of those desparate creepy dudes who hides behind a computer everday of my life. I have plenty of people skills outside of this box. However this is probably the only way to chat with people I normally wouldn't be able to. Drop me a line if you want.
