  1. Having followed this from Femmedomme.com and now here, I have found, much like others have posted, that the pad is the "weak" link in the setup, as it always doesn't seem to expand large enough. However, I started using Poise Medium Pads a while ago and have been working to get the pad to "expand" as it does outside of the "tailpipe". Some things I have found that certainly helps is to NOT tightly roll the pad, as this compresses the pads filling and gives it no where to expand to when the water is present. It does make it sightly hard to insert, but after the bananas, it does go in. Before you roll the pad up, make a lot of slits into the plastic backing, I use the tip of a small knife to put very small slits in the backing (this allows more water to flow into the middle of the pad roll. Upon insertion of the pad in the "tailpipe", add a minimum of 150cc of water, slowly into the tailpipe with the rectum relaxed (hard I realize with all the stuff up there). I typically take 300cc's and the pad is quite large when it comes out. I also do not use much glycerin on the pad, just enough at the tip that goes in first, I found that the glycerin actually blocks the water from absorbing.
