Well like the title says, I have finally gone out in public wearing a nappy. As I'm now at university and have my own room its great as I can do what I like without fear of anyone discovering I ordered nappies for myself. Although I have in the past been able to slip a few free samples into my house without my parents noticing (and a couple of very near misses, my mums like a millimetre wave radar and notices or finds everything). Anyway, I ordered 3 Tena Slip Maxi in medium as a sample and they came today a couple of days after I ordered them. I had today off with no lectures or lab practicals so I locked my room and lay down on a towel on the floor and put on one. It had been a while since I last wore a nappy and I felt great. After a while though I thought I would go to the kitchen that I share with my flatmates to get a drink, not realising that two of my flatmates were in there and one of them had 2 mates with him! My heart literally nearly exploded in fear at that point but I had been careful to conceal the nappy and had done my belt up an extra notch. Not one of them noticed to my surprise! I actually got my drink and chatted with them for a few moments and after going back to my room decided to take it a bit further and go to the local supermarket with it on. Its about a 2 mile walk and when I got there I was very self concious and was convinced that someone would notice. In the middle of the shop I actually felt the need to pee quite bad and I just relaxed and let go without thinking about it although I was paranoid that it would leak or something. In the end I got back to my room and after actually talking to others in the kitchen again I began to feel a lot less self concious and after a few more small wettings I removed it to have a shower and am now about to go to bed wearing another one after drinking a few extra glasses of water. God its been a great last few hours

A slight advantage going to university in the UK: pretty much no where has shared rooms or dorms, everyone usually gets their own room, so you can do what you like in complete privacy all the time. Its great for me as I can order nappies etc without fear of my parents finding them for the first time

When I first rediscovered my love of nappies when I was about 12, I searched for nappies/diapers in various ways on google. That was one of the first sites that came up, at first I thought it was good as I realised I was not the only one having this love, but as I started going through it more I found it was a bit more disturbing. As that was about the only site I could find that seemed to not be for adults, I would go on it and read some of the stories etc. But I always tended to leave out any that seemed wrong or disturbing. One that I read a part of featured two brothers pooping nappies and then afterwards doing it up the arse with each other and sucking each others dick. I immediately stopped reading it after that as it was just gross and wrong. Some of the stories on it were quite good though and didn't have any perverted sexual stuff like that. As I went on it over the years though, I noticed that the quality of the stories was dropping considerably and featured just more perverted behaviour. Although some of the sighting reports etc were funny to read as they were so fake, the site steadily began to get more disturbing with the guy running it putting on steadily more worrying drawings and more 'articles' began advocating just sick things like why boys should be in nappies and girls should change them. It began to get even more sexist as well with him saying that should girls being reduced to just changing nappies and wearing wearing thongs to look sexy to boys in nappies. As of all of this a couple of years ago I stopped regularly visiting the site and found alternate sites. I seriously hope that someone does buy the site, destroy all the content and redirect kids etc to more suitable places like adisc.

I just ended up having a nice doze for about 20 minutes! And as I said, the file I mentioned did sort of work as some of the stuff in the script that I can remember did happen.

Hi, Has anyone here tried the hypnosis files on Warp Your Mind and have they worked for you? Last week I tried the 'Babytime' one where you supposedly will spend 20 mins as a baby after listening to it, and it actually sort of seemed to work for me! After listening to it, I initially thought nothing had happened, then when I got off my chair I immediately felt like my legs were really weak, perhaps because of me being quite relaxed and I had to sit down. I then noticed that my vision was not quite right, I couldn't see more than about 6m/20ft before it was out of focus. I tried to stand but it was like my legs were not obeying me fully, I could move my thighs fine, but nothing beneath that and I felt really weak. I dragged myself out of the room and into the bathroom as unfortunately the nappies that I had ordered had not come in time for me being having the house to myself for once as my parents were in Italy. I ended up just laying there staring into space thinking about nothing really. I then noticed that I was unconsciously beginning to pee on the floor and after a while I started pooping as well. So there I was on the floor in a puddle of urine and poop. Lucky I had decided to listen to the file naked as I didn't have any nappies. I did actually feel like crying but I was able to stop myself so the file had not completely worked. After about 20 minutes I began to be able to move and see properly and I got up. I was pretty impressed as I didn't expect it to work so effectively, usually I find it really difficult to pee let alone poop when I am not on the toilet. Its a shame that those nappies I ordered didn't come until 2 days too late when I was not at home. Has hypnosis like that worked so effectively for anyone else?

I remember stealing my 3 years younger sisters nappies when I was about 4 or 5 and trying to work out how to put one on. When she was being toilet trained, she wore pull ups and I 'pretended' she put one in my room. Years later when I was about 12, I rediscovered my love of nappies after seeing an advert for adult incontinence nappies. I was blown away, I had no idea that adults would wear nappies for any reason and I began actively using the internet to get free samples from loads of places. Originally I sent them to my sister and after she threw them out when she received them, I would retrieve them when no one was around. I experimented with wetting and a couple of times messing them. I started to order them in my own name after a while as I arrived home earlier than everyone else, I got caught getting them though as I ordered too many and my parents started to get suspicious I was getting so many packages, but they quickly forgot about it. Eventually I started to send them to my friend Tom (not his real name just in case he ever reads this) as well and one day when I told him what my sister had been getting, he told me he had been getting them as well. He dared me to wear one of the ones I had kept and stockpiled and I dared him as well and this ended up with us going for a hike around the fields behind his house, wetting them and dumping them in a ditch. We never did it again but I do still sometimes order him some, he still does not know its me. I now infrequently order samples and wear them around the house for a few hours, wetting and messing them. Sometimes I will have a shower enema and have that in them. Currently they are at Costco and I am sitting typing this wearing an Attends Slip Special Care 10 that I have heavily wet and messed. I will have to get out of it soon. When I go to uni next year I will have a bit more freedom. I'm not sure if I am AB or DL, proberly half half as I like wearing nappies and would like to experiment with the baby side although I have not yet had a chance so I may become an AB/

Hi, I have just joined a week after my 18th birthday, I've been into nappies for years, I can remember when I was about 5 stealing my baby sisters nappies and trying to put them on. (Never able to work it out though). When I was 15 I ordered free sample packs of nappies from various websites and I was able to have my first real nappies which was so good. Unfortunately my mum caught the nappies coming through the post but I was able to explain it away, insisting I did not order them and it must ahve been a stupid prank. Now though I have been occasionally wearing them when I am at home alone, when I go to university next year hopefully I can wear them a bit more.
