Even if you end up disliking the date, look at the whole experience as a practice run. Ask questions and be yourself. Hi Paul, The abri-let booster pad does not have a plastic backing - it is just like a normal boost only much bigger. Much better than baby boost pads or other adult boosts I have tried. Good luck!

Hi Abena users, I have been using these nappies now for about a year and a half. I think all of the Abena nappies come from the one factory, so unlike other brands we are all on a level playing field in terms of the product we get. The first pack of Abriform Xplus that I got were very ordinary to say the least and did not live up to all the hype I had been hearing. The tapes were just woeful and the nappy was too narrow in the crotch. I thought that the only thing they had going for them was that they were very thick. I purchased another pack six months ago and the quality had improved remarkably. They had widened the crotch and improved the tapes a lot. These were finally the nappies I had been wanting and lived up to all expectations. The one thing I really like is the fact that the padding at the front extends very high. If you are a bedwetter like me then that is just what you need. If you are a DL you will appreciate the thick white styling. I did get a carton recently of old stock and it was the old style (pre yellow wetness indicator) and they were just terrible compared to the others I had been using. Be careful of old stock with this product. The new ones are far better. Someone pointed out that they changed the plastic backing. It is not in my opinion as good as it was. It has a slightly more mat finish to it as opposed to the shiny plastic. This will reduce the performance of the tapes a little. Dont rush putting it on. Press the tapes on firmly and it will stick nicely. Stand up before the tapes are on properly and they have a tendancy to peel off. If you want to really make this an incredible nappy, get on of the Abri-let boost liners. It is huge and fits just perfectly inside the nappy. It will boost the capacity of what is already a thirsty nappy to something that I have never experienced before.

Why do girls underwear have a fly front is the question. The answer is because girls like that style of brief too it would seem is the answer. I dont think that the fly of the girls brief is actually functional. What would be the point of that? Mens style underwear for women has been all the rage for a long time!

Can't agree with you more. DPF has been over run by morons. There seem to be some real zealots there in chat (that is when you can get in) that are determined to ruin it for everyone. It is more than just bored pathetic souls out to have a little fun. The people in there are absolute zealots. I cant help but wonder if there is a group of people that think that the site is all about paedophilia and think it should be destroyed. The constant and persistent attacks make me think that is the case. Someone or a group of people really want to bring it down. The amount of talk about paedophilia there makes me feel very uncomfortable. Ultimately the site will be destroyed by this. And yes that will be sad in many ways. The first time I realised I was not alone in my desire for diapers was in about 1994 when I read an article in Hussler magazine about bizare fetishes and DPF was mentioned. A couple of years later when I got onto the net, it was one of the very first pages I visited. But the net has moved on but DPF has not. The chat there is under-moderated, the message boards suck and the merchandise...Well once DPF may have had a monopoly on that sort of stuff, but these days there are hundreds of items for sale on e-bay at much less cost. I have had fantastic experiences buying stuff on e-bay. All of the sellers there that I have dealt with that sell babyish stuff are just fantastic. I come here from DPF and there are many of the same faces. No nastiness and a very well put together web site for the ABDL community. As they say the rest is history as too will DPF soon unless someone steps in to clean it up and modernise it.

Try the scented nappy sacks. You can get them from the baby section in the supermarket near the nappies. Adult nappies fit in them, But I double seal them up and if it is hot weather I wrap the double sacked nappy in newspaper before trashing. The news paper helps to cover the scent. No one will notice the smell.

Hi, Im Nappied Dan. I am a DL but I started out with nappies because of need. I wet the bed almost my whole life. I can not remember being dry for any length of time. Even today, at 29 I still wet the bed. I cope with this by wearing nappies to bed. I prefer disposable. It is usually Abriform X-plus and sometimes Tena Maxi. I usually wear a boost pad as well to cope with the front of the nappy which gets saturated. I usually wear abriform boost maxi.

I had been curious about adult diaper companies and if they knew about ABs and DLs too. The conclusion I reached is that they certainly would. I went and purchased adult diapers from a well know company, Abena, and I can tell you one thing, they employ very intelligent and highly educated people. Now because of the people they employ, I am certain that they know how to use google. That being the case, if one does a search on google for adult diapers or abriform, gosh there are as many links dedicated to the fetish as there are resellers. The conclusion is that these companies spend a lot of time and effort researching their customers. They would be well aware of fetishists, but I suspect that they turn a blind eye to it. Why bother pandering to DLs and ABs that occasionally purchase a pack or a carton of diapers when there are institutions like nursing homes and hospitals that buy them by the pallet load? Any diaper company that was seen to be pandering to the ABDL community would risk marginalising the majority of its customers, the ones that really need diapers. I think that the best that the ABDL community can ever hope for is sympathetic resellers that are happy to supply retail trade.

I loved them and would love to get some more. Babyish prints or cartoon characters. You know that these are impossible to find. Mens briefs in the stores are all plain and boring. If you want something fun you need to buy boxers. For those of us that prefer briefs when not in nappies, then there is almost nothing about that is babyish. I have seen a few auctions on ebay. The briefs were hand made and fetched a lot of bids and high prices. I know that there is a lot of interest in these briefs.
