Hi there i believe that there's a link between everything what was talked about. the subject is not new. There are several papers published between Gender Dysphoria and autism, diapers and paraphylic infantilism. Perhaps there's also a link between those who want to achive incontinence and Body integrity dysphoria. Is it a neuro development disorder ? or just a different form of the brain working.
