hi i have made and used stents i used tubing from nasal cannula and a hot glue gun i would start with about 4-5 in of tubing and with the glue gun fasion a ballsp on one end and a bell shape on the outher the bell shape would enter the sphincters fairly eisely but not come out buy itself i used the ball end to push it into place just pressing on my member behind the ball till pee flowed from my member w/o control once it was in place i felt little or no discomfort and pee flowed with no control. when i wanted to remove the stent i would press my member back of the ball on my stent and work it out.when i was dooing this i only had lousy cvs or depends diapers so trying to stay dry was next to imposible.

hi it is nice to here that i am not alone i am a 64 year old DL exactly why i do not know but at this point i do not think i will ever figuer it out. i am lucky enuph to have the freedom and the means to operate as a DL my wife while not overly suportave does not object a contrubting factor is her own weak blader control. lee

hi yes i agree with stay wet i am a DL but not an AB just something about being free to pee whenever i like that i love. i have ben diaperd 23/7 for a year now and still seam to have most of my control. my wife dose like the lack af skid marks on the bed linen prior to going 23/7 we were sleeping in the buff. lee

hi imho your best bet is to change only when full to the max trying to not wet as much is not going to change the volume you excreat and drastickly reducing fluid intake can lead to health problems. for me i get the best results from frequent small deposits as aposed to a big flood just my opinion lee

hi would like to add my thoughts to this topic i do not belive you can become inco wearing and using diapers what you may about itable to do is retrain yourself to void without thinking about it the reverse of potty training you learend to use the potty now you will be reversing that learned behavuor just my 2 cents worth lee

there are many prescripton drugs out there that will make you urinate more and lots of substances like coffie or anything with cafien there are also over the counter pills sold mostly to women who tend to hold extra water connected with there monthly cycle then there is catheters a tube that is pushed into your blader to drain it
